Usage :

NOVACHEM SEPARATOR DISCLEANER is the perfect product for cleaning both lube oil separator discs and fuel oil separator disc. The separator can be cleaned by in place circulation when property equipped or cleaned by immersion as individual units, disc sets etc, also by spraying or scrubbing as required.

Dosage :

1 part NOVACHEM SEPARATOR DISCLEANER to 4 to 8 parts water should be used depending on the severity and quantity of deposits, although NOVACHEM SEPARATOR DISCLEANER can be used neat if desired depending upon contamination.

Application :

The parts to be cleaned are immersed in a tank with the solution of NOVACHEM SEPARATOR DISCLEANER for one to three hours. To speed up cleaning time use slight agitation and/or warm the diluted Novachem Separator Discleaner to a temperature of 50 to 60°C(122-140°F) thoroughly rinse the parts with fresh water after cleaning is completed.
